Underground V... How it went Down!

Hi guys... Sorry we've been quiet.. like we promised, this is how the Underground went down!
The Underground had its 5th edition on the 30th of April 2011 and was powered by a new tee shirt line called Cool beans. As always in the past, the crowd was explosive with more than 500 people in attendance. The MC for evening was no other than Illrymz a very lively personality.

There were 15 performers from rap, to r & b and soul. Judges for the night were Toolz from the beat Fm, Oye from 360nobs, Wana Sambo from Inspiration fm, Djinee, and Lami.

Guest performances for the night were from Oshman (Undeground IV winner), Show Dem Camp (SDC) performing their hit singles Farabale and What you waiting for. Also performing for the night was no other than our very own Beazy who keeps wowing us with his Beazy Music Mondays #BMM Awesome stuff!

From 15 contestants, crowd voted and came down to the top four - Boom Eye, Irene, Wendy and Pro-D. These 4 were amazing and performed their songs again with a final decision by the judges who the winner for the 5th edition of the Underground should be.

The wait was over and the Underground acts could finally breathe with Boom Eye emerging the 5th winner of the Undeground with his single titled 'Gboron', which means 'to listen'
